Cancellation, Refund, Return & Exchange

Customers are advised to read our Refund Policy available on our website before purchasing.

 

1. Can I cancel my order? 

Yes, provided that your order has not yet been confirmed by us. Please Contact Us to request order cancellation. If your order has been dispatched, cancellation request will not be accepted. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

 

2. Can I request for a refund? 

There is no return and cash refund in any part or in full for items purchased. In the event that you change your mind regarding the item you purchased, you can exchange it for other items equivalent or higher value where a top-up of the difference is required, within 7 days upon receiving your item. Shipping fees, duties and taxes paid (where applicable) will not be refunded for return/exchange. 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return/exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via store credits. We do not maintain store credit balances for each individual customer once the store credits have been used. Any unused store credits balance will be forfeited. BLE & Co. operates on a strict no-cash refund policy 

All return/exchange transactions incur additional shipping costs, import duties and taxes (where applicable) which will be paid by the customer. 

 

3. What is your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. BLE & Co. reserves the right to reject, at its sole and absolute discretion, any exchange request if these conditions are not met. In the unlikely event that you received a defected item, please contact us at our Contact Us page within 3 days upon receiving your items.

If your return/exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted. Your rewards points or rewards redemption voucher used will be restored accordingly based on the value of the return/exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons such as earrings and ear studs, and custom products such as special/customised orders or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

4. Can I request for an exchange?

In the event that you change your mind regarding the item you purchased, you can exchange it for other items equivalent or higher value where a top-up of the difference is required, within 7 days upon receiving your item. Shipping fees, duties and taxes paid (where applicable) will not be refunded for return/exchange. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with our store credits. Store credits will only be issued once we received the item. Please note that we do not maintain store credit balances for each individual customer once the store credits have been used. Unused store credits balance will be forfeited.

5. What happens to my loyalty programme rewards points or voucher when I cancel, return or exchange my purchase?

For cancellation and returns, we will restore your rewards points or voucher used in your purchase. For exchange of item(s) in a higher value than your initial purchase, you will receive the additional rewards points.
